Return Policy Overview
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase however , if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason , you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on iur return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of thr purchase date.
- All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and attached.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Returns or exchanges may only be considered under the following conditions:
- The trailer was delivered with a manufacturer defect
- The trailer received does not match the ordered specifications
In these cases:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
- The trailer must remain unused and in original condition
Exchanges
- Approved cases may qualify for an exchange only, not a refund
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability
Non-Returnable Items
- All used trailers
- Custom-built or special-order trailers
- Clearance or discounted units
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@btmtrailers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number. We recommend that yiu use a trackable method to mail your return because you will be responsible for the return shipping.
After receiving your return and inspecing the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
